Brand manager

Permanent - Full Time

Since 2016, the LOV restaurant team has been working to develop a strong brand image: Democratizing vegan cuisine in its welcoming restaurants with enveloping decor. We are currently looking for the person who will continue this mission by joining the team as our new Brand Manager.

The role of the brand manager is to ensure brand consistency across all areas of the business through a well-defined brand image and values. He or she will be responsible for growing the banner and developing the market through the implementation of development and marketing strategies.

Role and responsibilities: * Develop an annual multi-platform marketing strategy; * Prepare the calendar of marketing initiatives to ensure sales growth each year; * Identify new avenues for marketing development and coordinate mandates with external partners; * Participate in the process of developing the annual marketing budget and make sure to respect it; * Collaborate with multiple departments to ensure the viability of creative and local marketing initiatives; * Apply and improve the launch process of marketing initiatives; * Coordinate the update, the writing and posting of various campaign; * Create a database on the customers of the brand; * Activate cross-marketing campaigns; * Create and manage offers and promotions; * Make proposals and collaborate in the ideation, tasting and presentation of new menus; * Create, develop and supervise the production and posting of various digital content (text, photos and videos);

Competencies : * A university degree in marketing - digital media or any other combination of education and relevant experience; * Have 2-3 years experience in the marketing field and have demonstrated the ability to develop strategies and implement all aspects of marketing campaign; * Comfortable with social media; * Bilingualism spoken and written, English and French; * Have excellent writing skills; * Proficiency in commonly used software and technological environments (Microsoft Office or Google suite, Google Ads and Analytics, Photoshop, In Design) will be considered an asset; * Knowledge and / or experience in the restaurant or food industry a strong asset;
